Steve “Moby” Leitch is the heart and grit behind Contractor Commander’s coaching and culture. As Head of Coaching & Culture, Moby leads with bold conviction, guiding both our internal team and our clients toward growth, accountability, and mindset mastery. He oversees CC’s coaching structure, runs performance and leadership development sessions, and ensures that everything we do is rooted in ownership, clarity, and excellence.

With decades of experience mentoring men in recovery and helping leaders reclaim purpose, Moby brings a unique mix of spiritual wisdom and tactical leadership to the table. His goal isn’t just to help people win — it’s to help them becomethe kind of people who can handle success well.

Outside of work, Moby is an ultra-marathon swimmer, having conquered swims like the English Channel and the Kaiwi Channel in Hawaii. He uses these extreme feats to raise funds and awareness for addiction recovery through his nonprofit, Rising Tides Ministry — proving that grit, endurance, and redemption are at the core of everything he does.
