Alberto Berrio is the structure behind the strategy at Contractor Commander. As Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer, he leads with precision, compassion, and a strong belief in people-powered growth. He oversees the Executive Assistant department, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and team development while serving as the essential bridge between CC’s U.S. leadership and international team operations.

Every day, Alberto works to align systems, support people, and keep projects moving with purpose and clarity. His calm, tactical leadership ensures that processes run smoothly and that every client and team member experience is grounded in excellence.

Outside of his professional role, Alberto is a husband and proud father to Mateo Lucas. He also leads a pastoral development program in the mountains of Honduras—work that continues to shape his approach to leadership and service. He brings a rare blend of operational excellence and heart to the Contractor Commander team, helping others realize their potential while staying grounded in mission.
