Justin Rogers

Justin Rogers is the visionary entrepreneur and driving force behind Contractor Commander. With a background in business development, systems strategy, and a deep passion for helping service-based entrepreneurs succeed, he co-founded CC to give small business owners the tools and support they need to grow with clarity and confidence.

As CEO, Justin oversees the company’s strategic direction, culture, and partnerships. Day-to-day, he keeps the team focused on the mission: doing meaningful work, done well. He works closely with department leaders to ensure every service delivered is simple, clear, effective, and efficient. Whether helping with client onboarding, supporting coaching calls, or solving operational problems, Justin is hands-on and deeply involved in the company’s heartbeat.

With experience as a former Air Force jet mechanic and even a Mr. South Carolina pageant titleholder, Justin blends discipline with creativity. Outside of work, you’ll find him at the gym or making memories with his family.

He’s passionate about helping business owners escape perfection paralysis, implement systems that work, and regain time and mental energy to become better leaders at work and at home.
